颅内动脉瘤的显微手术治疗研究

摘要 目的:探讨显微手术治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床效果。方法:86例颅内动脉瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组(每组43例),对照组给予了非手术治疗,而实验组进行了开颅显微手术治疗。结果:实验组治疗优良率88.37%(38/43)明显高于对照组治疗优良率48.84%(21/43),差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);格拉斯哥结果量表(GOS评分)显示,实验组中Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级患者的病情出现了明显的改善,而Ⅲ级治理效果不理想;实验组并发症发生率为16.28%。所有并发症患者经过相关处理后,得到有效的缓解。结论:颅内动脉瘤的显微手术治疗,只要选择合适的入路和手术治疗方案,可以确保治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of microsurgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Methods:86 cases of intracranial aneurysms patients were selected as the research object and randomly divided into experimental group(n=43)and control group(n=43).The control group was given non operative treatment,while the experimental group was given microsurgical treatment of craniotomy.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group was 88.37%(38/43),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(48.84%)(21/43),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);Glasgow outcome scale(Glasgow outcome scale)showed that the patients of grade I and grade II in the experimental group showed significant improvement,but the treatment effect of gradeⅢ was not satisfactory;The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 16.28%.All complications were effectively alleviated after related treatment.Conclusion:The microsurgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms can ensure the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of the patients as long as the appropriate approach and surgical treatment are selected.
