分析比较牙体牙髓病行一次性根管治疗和多次法根管治疗的效果

Effect Comparison of One-time Root Canal Therapy and Multiple Root Canal Therapy in the Treatment of Somatic Dental Pulp Disease

目的:分析比较牙体牙髓病行一次性根管治疗和多次法根管治疗的效果。方法:选取2016年3月~2016年12月收治的隐裂性牙髓病患者110例,随机分组,每组为55例,观察组采用多次法根管治疗,对照组采用一次性根管治疗,对比两组患者的炎症疼痛程度、治疗有效率。结果:观察组疼痛缓解率为81.82%,对照组疼痛缓解率为83.64%,两组疼痛缓解率无明显差异,P>0.05;观察组治疗有效率为92.73%,对照组疼痛缓解率为81.82%,两组治疗有效率无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:牙体牙髓病行一次性根管治疗和多次法根管治疗的效果相当,均能够有效地缓解患者的炎症疼痛感,效果显著,但一次性根管治疗疗程更短,有利于缩短疗程。

Objective:To Analyze the effect of one-time root canal therapy and multiple root canal therapy in the treatment of somatic dental pulp disease.Methods:110 cases of patients with cryptogenic dental pulp disease treated in a hospital from March 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with multiple root canal therapy,and the control group was given one-time root canal treatment,then the degree of inflammation and pain,and the treatment effective rate in the two groups were compared.Results:The pain relief rate was 81.82%in the observation group and 83.64%in the control group,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);The effective rate was 92.73%in the observation group and 81.82%in the control group,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of one-off root canal therapy and multiple root canal therapy in the treatment of somatic dental pulp disease was similar,which could effectively relieve the inflammatory pain of the patients with significant effect,but the treatment course of one-time root canal therapy was shorter,which was helpful to shorten the course of treatment.
