瘢痕子宫切口处妊娠流产术后水囊压迫法的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Water Capsule Compression Method after Pregnancy Abortion at Scar Uterus Incision

目的:探讨水囊压迫法的应用对于瘢痕子宫切口处妊娠流产术后恢复效果的影响。方法:选取某院2014年8月~2017年1月期间收治的36例瘢痕子宫切口处妊娠流产术患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组(水囊压迫法+药物)19例和对照组(药物)17例,观察两组患者的手术效果及其术后恢复情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者的术后出血量[(39.12±10.96)ml<(106.58±11.15)ml]、再手术率(0<11.76%)并发症发生率(5.26%<23.54%)相对更低,而子宫恢复正常时间[(10.54±0.29)d<(15.22±0.18)d]和β-HCG恢复正常时间[(12.45±3.42)d<(18.85±3.96)d]相对更短,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水囊压迫法的应用对于瘢痕子宫切口处妊娠患者流产术后恢复有着积极的影响。

Objective:To investigate the effect of water capsule compression method after pregnancy induced abortion at scar uterus incision.Methods:36 cases of patients with pregnancy induced abortion at scar uterus incision treated in a hospital from August 2014 to January 2017 were selected and divided into observation group(water capsule compression method and medicine,19 cases)and control group(medicine,17 cases).The effect of the operation and recovery after surgery between the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with control group,the amount of blood loss in patients in the observation group after operation[(39.12±10.96)ml<(106.58±11.15)ml],reoperation rate(0<11.76%),complication rate(5.26%<23.54%)were relatively lower,and the uterus recovery time[(10.54±0.29)d<(15.22±0.18)d]and betaHCG recovery time[(12.45±3.42)d<(18.85±3.96)d]were relatively shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of water capsule compression method after pregnancy induced abortion at scar uterus incision has a positive effect.
