广东南岗社区124例老年人群血脂检测结果分析

Analysis of Blood Lipid Test Results of 124 Elderly People in Nangang Community of Guangdong

目的:对老年人群血脂检测结果进行分析讨论研究。方法:共选取老年人群124名为实验对象,将其分成A组(n=52,年龄:60岁)、B组(n=40,年龄:70岁)和C组(n=32,年龄:80岁)。参与本实验的老年人群均生活于广东南岗社区,安排这些老年人群进行血脂水平检测,将其检查结果从不同方面进行研究分析。结果:从性别角度来讲,相比于女性,男性人群LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白)、TG(甘油三酯)、HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白)和TC(总胆固醇)指标数据均更高;从年龄角度来讲,相比于A组,B组和C组患者的LDL-C、TC和TG指标数据均更高,而另外一项HDL-C指标数据更低(P<0.05)。血脂各指标数据会随着年龄的变化而不断变化。结论:老年人群血脂指标与患者的性别和年龄均存在一定关系,男性患者血脂水平更高;随着年龄的增长患者HDL-C指标更低、其他指标数据均明显升高,掌握老年人群血脂指标变化情况,对社区老年人群予以一定指导及健康宣传,以此稳定患者的血脂水平情况,提高老年患者的身体健康及生活质量。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the results of blood lipids detection in elderly population.Methods:A total of 124 elderly people were selected as subjects and divided into A group(n=52 age:60 years old),B group(n=40 age:70 years)and C group(n=32 age:80 years old).The elderly people who participated in the experiment were all living in Guangdong Nangang community.The blood lipid levels of these elderly people were determined and the results were analyzed from different aspects.Results:From the gender perspective,the LDL-C(low density lipoprotein),TG(triglyceride),HDL-C(high density lipoprotein)and TC(total cholesterol)were higher in men than in women.From the age point of view,the LDL-C,TC and TG data were higher in the B and C groups than in the A group,while the other HDL-C index was lower(P<0.05).The data of each index of blood lipid would change with the change of age.Conclusion:There is a certain relationship between the blood lipid index of the elderly and the sex and age of the patients,and the blood lipid level of the male patients is higher.With the increase of age,the HDL-C index is lower,and the data of other indexes increase significantly.It is important to master the changes of blood lipid index in the elderly and give guidance and health publicity to the elderly in the community in order to stabilize the level of blood lipid patients,improve health and quality of life of elderly patients.
