半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Abdominal Acupuncture in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的:对半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果进行分析。方法:收集2015年5月~2017年1月胃食管反流病患者50例随机分两组,半夏泻心组采用半夏泻心汤治疗,半夏泻心+腹针组采用半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:半夏泻心+腹针组患者胃食管反流病治疗效果、食管黏膜愈合时间、吞咽困难消失时间、反酸消退时间、治愈出院时间、症状积分、焦虑情绪评分、睡眠评分、生活质量均优于半夏泻心组,P<0.05。结论:半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果确切,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:50 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease from May 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The Banxia Xiexin group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction,and the Banxia Xiexin+ abdominal acupuncture group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture treatment.Then the effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The therapeutic effect,the healing time of esophageal mucosa,dysphagia disappeared time,reflux subsided time,cured time,symptom score,anxiety score,sleep score,and the quality of life in Banxia Xiexin+ abdominal acupuncture group were better than those in the Banxia Xiexin group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is exact,which is worthy of promotion.
