研究奥司他韦治疗流感样症状的儿童的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Oseltamivir in the Treatment of Influenza Like Symptoms in Children

目的:研究观察奥司他韦治疗流感样症状的儿童的临床效果。方法:将2015年8月~2016年12月期间总计90例流行性感冒患儿按照随机的方式分为A、B两组,每组各有45例患者,A组在给予清开灵口服液治疗的基础上,再给予口服奥司他韦治疗,B组单纯给予清开灵口服液治疗,比较两组患儿的发热、咳嗽、鼻塞等病症缓解时间以及各组的有效率。结果:A、B两组在治疗后对患者病情的改善情况均较为明显(P<0.05);但A组总有效率相较B组明显更高,且差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患儿的发热、咳嗽、鼻塞等病症缓解时间均较B组短(P<0.05)。A、B两组治疗前,患儿各项体征比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥司他韦对治疗流感样症状的儿童有良好的疗效,缓解时间迅速,安全性高,有临床利用价值。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of oseltamivir in the treatment of in children.Methods:90 cases of pediatric influenza from August 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 45 cases in each group.The group A was given oseltamivir treatment on the basis of Qingkailing oral liquid treatment,the group B was only treated with Qingkailing oral liquid treatment,then the fever,then the remission time of fever,cough and nasal congestion,and the effective rate in the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement of patients' condition after treatment was obvious in the two groups(P<0.05);The total effective rate of group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The remission time of fever,cough,nasal plug and other diseases in group A was shorter than that in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oseltamivir in the treatment of influenza like symptoms in children has agood curative effect,with rapid remission time of rapid and high safety,which has clinical use value.
