探讨导尿管相关性尿路感染的护理干预效果

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Urinary Tract Infection Associated with Urethral Catheter

目的:探析护理干预在导尿管相关性尿路感染中的应用效果。方法:2016年1月~2017年8月某院582例留置导尿管患者,随机分为两组各291例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行详细护理干预,分析导尿管相关性尿路感染的危险因素,观察护理效果。结果:患者性别、年龄、尿道口消毒情况、膀胱冲洗情况以及尿管留置时间均为发生相关性尿路感染的危险因素。观察组导管留置时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组尿路感染率6.19%低于对照组18.56%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度97.25%高于对照组88.66%(P<0.05)。结论:在了解导尿管相关性尿路感染危险因素的基础上,对患者实施护理干预,可降低尿路感染发生率,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on urinary tract infection associated with urethral catheter.Methods:82 cases of patients with indwelling catheter treated in a hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with291 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given detailed nursing intervention,then the risk factors of urinary tract infection were analyzed,and the nursing effect was observed.Results:The sex,age,urethral disinfection,bladder irrigation and the indwelling time of urinary catheterization were all risk factors of associated urinary tract infection(P<0.05).The indwelling time of catheter in observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The urinary tract infection rate was 6.19%in the observation group(18.56%,P<0.05).The urinary tract infection rate in the observation group(6.19%)was lower than that in the control group(18.56%)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group(97.25%)was higher than that of control group(88.66%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the understanding of the risk factors of urinary tract infection associated with urethral catheter,the nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection and improve the patient's satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
