急性期中重度脑血管病患者预后应用综合康复治疗的效果研究

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Patients with Moderate and Severe Cerebrovascular Disease in Acute Stage

目的:对急性期中重度脑血管病患者预后应用综合康复治疗的效果展开研究。方法:择选某院2015年12月~2016年12月所收治的60例急性期中重度脑血管病患者作为本文研究对象,按随机数字表法分成探究组与对照组,两组各30例。其中,对照组患者采用临床常规治疗方法进行治疗,探究组患者则选择综合康复治疗法进行治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果展开观察与分析。结果:经临床治疗结果得出,探究组患者与对照组患者治疗前的神经功能缺损得分及功能独立性得分结果相比无较大差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗后,对照组患者的神经功能缺损评分为(14.30±7.35)分,探究组患者的神经功能缺损评分为(6.35±5.25)分,组间结果存在显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗后的功能独立性得分上,对照组患者的评分结果为(37.30±6.00)分,探究组患者的评分结果为(73.30±4.00)分,组间结果存在显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对急性期中重度脑血管病患者给予综合康复疗法进行治疗能有效加快患者病情的好转,提升临床疗效,使患者尽早脱离生命危险。

Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the prognosis of patients with acute moderate and severe cerebrovascular disease in acute stage.Methods:60 cases of patients with moderate and severe cerebrovascular disease in acute stage treated in a hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine clinical treatment,and the patients in the study group were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,then the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of neurological impairment and functional independence between the two groups before treatment,with no statistical significance(P>0.05);After treatment,the neurological deficit score of the patients in the control group was(14.30±7.35),and that of the patients in the study group was(6.35±5.25).There was significant difference in the results between the two groups,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05);In the score of functional independence after treatment,the score of the control group was(37.30±6.00),and the score of the study group was(73.30±4.00).There was significant difference between the two groups,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute severe cerebral vascular disease in acute stage,comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the patient's condition,improve the clinical efficacy,and make the patient escape from life danger as soon as possible.
