舒适护理对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病预后的影响探析

Effect of Comfort Nursing on the Prognosis of Neonatal Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy

目的:对舒适护理对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病预后的影响进行分析。方法:收集2015年3月~2017年2月新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿50例随机分两组。甲组采取常规护理,乙组采取舒适护理,比较两组患儿缺氧缺血性脑病治疗效果;新生儿意识恢复时间、恢复肌张力时间、脑水肿消失时间、住院时间;患儿家长满意度评分的差异。结果:乙组患儿缺氧缺血性脑病治疗效果高于甲组,P<0.05;乙组新生儿意识恢复时间、恢复肌张力时间、脑水肿消失时间、住院时间短于甲组,P<0.05;乙组家长满意度评分显著高于甲组,P<0.05。结论:舒适护理可改善新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病预后,促进临床症状的消退,缩短住院时间,新生儿家长满意度高,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comfort nursing on the prognosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods:50 cases of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy from March 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B.The group A was given regular care,and the group B was given comfort care,then the effect of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,the recovery time of neonatal consciousness,the time of recovery of muscle tension,the disappearance time of cerebral edema,the time of hospitalization,and the difference of the scores of parents' satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The therapeutic effect of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The recovery time of neonatal consciousness,the duration of muscle tension recovery,the time of brain edema disappearance and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those in group A(P<0.05);The parents satisfaction score of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort care can improve the prognosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,promote the dissolution of clinical symptoms,and shorten the length of hospital stay,with high neonatal parent satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
