观察护理干预预防外周静脉血管活性药物静脉炎的效果

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Peripheral Venous Vasoactive Drug Phlebitis

目的:探讨护理干预预防外周静脉血管活性药物静脉炎的临床效果。方法:2015年11月~2017年1月经外周静脉应用血管活性药物患者120例,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取心血管疾病的常规护理,观察组采取预见性的护理,比较两组静脉炎分级。结果:观察组无静脉炎Ⅱ度与Ⅲ度患者,0度患者51例,Ⅰ度9例;对照组静脉炎0度22例、Ⅰ度21例、Ⅱ度11例、Ⅲ度6例,观察组静脉炎分级情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对血管活性药物引起的静脉炎患者应用预防性护理,能够明显缓解静脉炎症状,减轻患者的身心痛苦,用药安全性得以提高,患者治疗依从性加强,有助于改善患者的生活质量,可作为临床首选护理方案予以推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on prevention of peripheral venous vasoactive drug phlebitis.Methods:120 cases of patients with 120 cases treated in a hospital from November 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine nursing care of cardiovascular disease,and the observation group was given predictive nursing,then the phlebitis grade of the two groups was compared.Results:In the observation group,there was no patients in gradeⅡ and Ⅲ degree,51 cases in 0 degree,and 9 cases in Ⅰ degree.In the control group,there were 22 cases in 0 degree,21 cases in Ⅰ degree,11 cases in Ⅱ degree,and 6 cases in Ⅲdegree.The phlebitis grading in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The predictive nursing for patients with peripheral venous vasoactive drug phlebitis can significantly relieve venous inflammation,relieve the patient's physical and mental suffering,improve medication safety,strengthen patients' treatment adherence,and improve the patient's quality of life,which can be popularized as the first choice of nursing program in clinic.
