医学生创新能力评价方法优化及对教学的指导作用

Optimization of Evaluation Methods for Medical Students' Innovative Ability and Its Guiding Role in Teaching

合理评价医学生创新能力是检验教改效果的重要问题,采用创新能力倾向测验量表(GISAT)对临床医学专业的学生进行评价,但评价效果并不理想。本研究首次以GISAT量表为基础进行优化,设计出适用于快速评价学生创新能力的问卷,初步调查得出的结论可用于指导教学。

Reasonable evaluation of innovative ability of medical students is an important issue to test the effect of teaching reform.General Innovation Skills Aptitude Test(GISAT)is used to evaluate clinical medicine students,but the effects are unsatisfactory.A questionnaire based on the GISAT scale is designed for the first time to quickly evaluate students' innovation ability,and the preliminary conclusion can be used to guide teaching.
