摘要
目的通过对国际标准组织食品检验方法体系的研究,完善食品安全国家标准检验方法标准体系,提高标准适用性及科学性。方法以国际食品法典委员会(CAC)、分析化学家协会(AOAC)、欧洲标准化委员会(CEN)为代表,对其颁布的检验方法相关法律、法规、标准、指南等搜集整理,从体系框架、内容特点、管理措施等方面进行归纳分析。结果通过对CAC、AOAC及CEN方法体系的研究,归纳其工作流程、标准构架等方面对提升我国检验方法标准质量、完善标准体系有借鉴作用的内容。结论食品安全国家标准检验方法类标准还需要加强标准审评工作的科学严谨性、提高标准适用性、注意收集反馈意见并加强标准基础研究。
Objective To improve the applicability and boost the technical advancement of national food safety standards, we study the analytical method systems of international standard developing organizations. Methods By collecting and reviewing the law, regulation、standards、guidelines and other kinds of document from CAC、AOAC、CEN, the standard frame、the management mode and features have been analyzed and summarized. Results This study facilitates the progress of the analytical method standards in China on the basis of working process, feedback mechanism and the standard frame in these organizations. Conclusion There is still some room for the improvement of national food safety standard, such as the working procedures, the applicability of standards, the feedback channels and the basic study.
