心内科夜间急救情景模拟演练效果探讨

Study on Effects of Simulated Nighttime Exercises of Cardiologic Emergency Situation

目的通过夜间急救情景演练来提高心内科医护人员的夜间急救技能。方法选取心内科常见的抢救病例,分析原因,总结经验,加强急救理论知识及操作技能的培训,于2016年10—12月,以夜间急救情景演练的方式对在职的36个护理人员进行夜间急救演练的培训。结果 36名护理人员急救理论知识、技能操作及夜间急救情景演练的应急能力得到了提高,单元间的护理人员及医护间的配合更加协调有效。结论夜间急救情景演练对提高夜班护士在急救过程中的应急能力、医护的合作能力,提高抢救的成功率有重要的意义。

Objective To improve frst aid skills of cardiology nursing stuff at nighttime by night emergency scene training. Methods From October to December in 2016, common rescue cases in cardiologic department wereselected to train 36 nurses who were on job by analyzing reasons, learning lessons, strengthening night frst aid theory and operational skills training. Results 36 nurses had improved their frst aid theory, operating skills, and night emergency stress ability. Collaboration between doctors and nurses had also been more coordinated and effective. Conclusion Night emergency scene training can improve the response capacity of night shift nurses, cooperation ability between doctors and nurses in emergency situation, and improve the successful rates of rescue.
