统计分析在儿童专科医院床位管理中的应用

Application of Statistical Analysis in Bed Management of Children's Hospital

目的通过对某三级甲等儿童专科医院床位工作效率进行评价,提出床位配置建议,展示统计分析在儿童专科医院床位管理中的应用价值。方法通过提取该院2014—2016年度医疗运行数据,采用床位工作效率指标及各病区床位利用模型静态评价分析图等统计分析方法,评价其床位工作效率并得出调整建议。结果依据诊疗需求,全院总计需要增加床位47张。床位利用模型显示目前床位分配情况下,仅10个科室为床位周转型科室,医院需参照测算值在病区间进行床位调整,以提高床位工作效率。结论利用统计数据分析,对医院床位设置情况进行科学的评价,通过合理调配床位优化医疗资源配置。

Objective The application of the statistical analysis in the bed management of children ＇s hospitals was carried out by proposing the proposed bed placement recommendations for the results of the evaluation of the bed work efficiency of a tertiary hospital. Methods By using the statistical analysis method, the bed work efficiency and the adjustment suggestions were obtained by extracting the medical operation data of the hospital from 2014 to 2016, using the bed work effciency index and drawing the static evaluation and analysis of the beds. Results According to the needs of treatment, the hospital need to increase the total of 47 beds. But the bed using the model shows the current bed allocation situation, only 9 departments for the bed effciency of the department, the hospital need to refer to the measured value in the ward to adjust the bed to improve the effciency of the bed. Conclusion The use of statistical data analysis, the hospital bed to set a scientifc evaluation of the situation, through the rational allocation of beds to optimize the allocation of medical resources, thereby enhancing the hospital＇s social and economic benefts.
