护士执业资格考试作为我国护士行业准入考试,同时它也是评价考试人员是否符合护理职业要求。由于护士资格考试制度在近年来不断改善,从而使得护士执业资格考试的科目不断增多,不仅考试题目的难度增加了,还使护理教育面临着巨大的挑战。现以护士执业为研究主题,主要对其资格考试制度改革以及护理教育发展进行详细分析。

As the licensure examination for nurses in China, the nurse qualifcation examination is also used to evaluate whether the examination staff meet the requirements of nursing profession. The nurse qualifcation examination system has improved steadily in recent years, which makes the number of nurse practicing qualifcation examination subjects increase, not only make the diffculty of the exam increase, but also make the nursing education face a great challenge. Taking nurse practice as the research subject, this paper analyzes the reform of the qualification examination system and the development of nursing education in detail.
