医疗质量是医院赖以生存的根本,是评价医院整体水平最重要的标准,包括工作效率、医疗费用合理性、社会对医院整体服务功能评价的满意程度,涵盖了诊疗质量的内容和医院服务质量,而医疗质量管理是医院管理的核心内容,持续质量改进是医院质量管理的一个永恒目标。随着医疗水平的不断进步,医疗质量管理经过各个不同阶段的逐步完善,已经取得了初步成效,为进一步落实核心制度,提高医疗质量,保障医疗安全,现对持续质量改进在医院管理中的作用进行分析,并提出了改进措施,对出现的问题和持续发展状态加以阐述,为医院能加速发展提供有力的保障。

The quality of medical care is the basis for the survival of the hospital and the most important criterion for evaluating the overall level of the hospital, including the work effciency, the reasonableness of the medical expenses, the satisfaction of the community with the overall service function evaluation of the hospital, the contents of the quality of the medical treatment and the service quality of the hospital, and medical quality management is the core of hospital management, continuous quality improvement is an eternal goal of hospital quality management. With the continuous improvement of medical care, medical quality management has achieved initial success through various stages of improvement. In order to further implement the core system, improve the quality of medical care and ensure the medical safety, this paper discusses the role of continuous quality improvement in hospital management and puts forward improvement measures to expatiate on the emerging problems and the state of sustainable development so as to provide a powerful guarantee for the hospital to accelerate its development.
