摘要
目的研究主动脉球囊反搏术在急性心肌梗死冠脉介入术中的应用价值。方法选取我院2015年9月—2017年9月收治的40例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例患者。对照组患者采取急性心肌梗死冠脉介入方法进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组方法的基础上使用主动脉球囊反搏术进行介入治疗。观察指标为两组患者的治疗效果。结果在采取不同的介入方法后,观察组患者在治疗效果方面优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取主动脉球囊反搏术应用于急性心肌梗死冠脉介入术中具有临床价值。
Objective To study the application value of aortic balloon counterpulsation in percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 40 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with coronary intervention with acute myocardial infarction, and the patients in the observation group were treated with intra aortic balloon counterpulsation on the basis of the rescue methods of the control group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results After taking different interventional methods, the treatment effect of the observation group was signifcantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of aortic balloon counterpulsation in patients with acute myocardial infarction coronary intervention has signifcant clinical value.
