辩证行为疗法对于有自杀倾向抑郁症患者疗效评估

Evaluation of Efficacy of Dialectic Behavior Therapy in Depressive Patients With Suicidal Tendency

目的探讨辩证行为疗法在有自杀倾向抑郁症患者中的应用价值。方法研究对象为我院2017年1—6月收治的96例有自杀倾向的抑郁症患者,采取随机数字表将其分成研究组与对照组两组,各48例。两组患者均给予度洛西汀治疗,研究组在此基础上联合给予辩证行为疗法治疗,评价两组患者的自杀意念及抑郁症状。结果研究组治疗第1、2、4、8周Beck自杀意念量表评分均低于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论对于有自杀倾向的抑郁症患者实施辩证行为疗法可有效减轻患者的抑郁程度,降低自杀意念。

Objective To explore the application value of dialectical behavior therapy in patients with suicidal tendency and depression. Methods 96 cases of depressive patients with suicidal tendency admitted to our hospital from January to June 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group with 48 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given duloxetine treatment, on this basis, the study group was also treated with dialectical behavior therapy, suicidal ideation and depressive symptoms of patients of two groups was evaluated. Results The scores of Beck ideation scale in the study group were signifcantly lower than those in the treatment group at frst, second, fourth and 8 weeks （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of dialectical behavior therapy can effectively reduce the degree of depression and suicide ideation in depression patients with suicidal tendency.
