摘要
目的探讨综合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取128例腰椎间盘突出患者,分为观察组与对照组各64例,对照组患者采用常规康复治疗,观察组患者采用综合康复治疗,对比治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组患者,观察组患者治疗满意度优于对照组,P<0.05。结论采用综合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods 128 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and divided into observation group and control group, 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, and the therapeutic effect was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group, and the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was signifcantly better than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is signifcant.
