摘要 目的分析点阵二氧化碳激光治疗各类瘢痕的疗效。方法对248例浅表型瘢痕患者进行点阵二氧化碳激光治疗,分析治疗前及治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月疗效。结果治疗有效率为99.19%。10例色素沉着,2~3个月后消失。无严重并发症。满意度分数为(3.03±0.98)分。和治疗1个月后相比,治疗后3个月患者疤痕颜色以及硬度质地均有改善,P<0.05。结论对浅表性瘢痕患者实施点阵CO2激光治疗,可获取满意效果。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of lattice carbon dioxide laser in treating all various of scars. Methods 248 patients with superfcial scar were treated with lattice carbon dioxide laser, and the results were analyzed. Results The effective rate of treatment was 99.19%. 10 cases of pigmentation disappeared about 2~3 months. No serious complications. The score was (3.03±0.98) points. Compared with the treatment of 1 month, the scar hardness, color and texture of the patients were signifcantly improved in three months after treatment, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of lattice carbon dioxide laser for superfcial scar patients is obvious.
