急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Emergency Nursing Intervention on the Rehabilitation Effect of Patients After Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

目的探讨急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2014年6月—2016年6月来我院接受心肺复苏治疗的患者160例,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予急诊护理干预。比较两组的康复效果。结果观察组的临床护理有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予心肺复苏后患者急诊护理干预,有利于降低不良反应发生率,提高护理效果,促进预后康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods 160 patients received cardiopulmonary resuscitation in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （80 cases in each group）. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given emergency nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of clinical nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was signifcantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Emergency nursing intervention after cardiopulmonary resuscitation is benefcial to improve the heart rate and blood pressure, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the nursing effect and promote the recovery of prognosis.
