摘要
目的讨论全面护理对急性闭角型青光眼患者眼压、情绪及生活质量的影响效果。方法现随机选取2015年8月—2017年11月我院收治的急性闭角型青光眼患者94例作为研究对象,对照组(n=47)给予临床常规护理,实验组(n=47)给予全面护理,对护理效果进行对比。结果实验组患者的眼压、生活质量评分、SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面护理在急性闭角型青光眼的治疗中应用效果较好。
Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing on intraocular pressure, emotion and quality of life in patients with acute angleclosure glaucoma. Methods 94 cases of acute angle closure glaucoma in our hospital from August 2015 to November 2017 were selected as the research objects. The control group （n=47） was given routine clinical nursing. The experimental group （n=47） was given comprehensive nursing, and the nursing effect was compared. Results The intraocular pressure, quality of life score, SAS and SDS score of the patients in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma is better.
