骨外科手术患者的心理特点以及临床护理效果观察

Observation on the Psychological Characteristics and Clinical Effect of the Patients With Bone Surgery

目的分析骨外科手术患者的心理特点,并实施针对性心理护理,以观察其临床效果。方法研究对象来源于我院骨外科2016年8月—2017年8月收治的手术患者130例,将患者随机分成两组,各65例,其中对照组实施常规护理,观察组先分析患者心理特点后再开展针对性心理护理,应用HAMA、HAMD量表评估两组干预前后心理状态。结果两组干预前HAMA及HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组评分均低于对照组与本组干预前,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨外科手术患者术前心理状态较差,易紧张、担忧及恐惧,实行心理护理可有效改善患者不良情绪,确保手术顺利进行。

Objective To analyze the psychological characteristics of patients undergoing bone surgery and to implement targeted psychological nursing to observe its clinical effect. Methods 130 surgical patients admitted to Department of Orthopedics from August 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups of 65 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and for patients in the observation group, psychological characteristics was frst analyzed and targeted psychological care was carried out, HAMA, HAMD scale assessment was used to compare the psychological state between two groups before and after the intervention. Results There was no signifcant difference in HAMA and HAMD score between the two groups before intervention （P 〉 0.05）. The score of observation group after intervention was signifcantly lower than that of control group and before intervention, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The patients with preoperative osteosurgery have poor psychological state, and they usually feel nervousness and worry. Psychological nursing can effectively improve the patients＇ bad mood and ensure the smooth operation.
