摘要
目的探讨同伴随访对妇科糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法采用方便抽样法选取60例妇科糖尿病患者,随机分为同伴随访组和对照组,两组患者在住院期间都接受同样的基础健康教育,出院后对照组由1名护士通过电话和微信对患者进行定期随访,同伴随访组由1名经过培训的同伴教育者对患者进行电话和微信随访,干预前和干预(随访)3个月末比较两组患者的生活质量。结果干预前两组患者的生活质量得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后同伴随访组的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论同伴随访健康教育可有效提高妇科糖尿病患者的生活质量。
Methods 60 patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly through convenience sampling methods, two groups accepted the same basic health education in hospital, the control group accepted follow-up visit by nurse after leaving hospital, while the intervention group accepted follow-up visit by a trained peer, the difference of quality of life between two groups before and after intervention was analyzed. Results The quality of life had no statistic difference between these two groups before intervention(P 〉 0.05), at the end of intervention, the quality of life was signifcantly different between the two groups, the intervention group improved better than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Peer follow-up visit can improve the quality of life of diabetes patients in gynecology department.
