探讨痔疮术后护理及常见并发症的观察与护理方法

Observation and Nursing Methods of Nursing and Common Complications After Hemorrhoids

目的探讨分析痔疮手术后的护理方式,对临床并发症情况进行护理效果研究。方法 2011年6月—2013年6月对我院的126例痔疮患者开展研究分析,将患者分成对照组和实验组,对照组患者使用常规的护理方式,实验组患者接受预防性护理和常规护理,对患者的护理情况进行了观察分析,对比患者的并发症情况。结果实验组有42.8%重度疼痛患者,有30.2%尿潴留,7.9%便秘,3.2%出血,1.6%感染,对照组的以上指标数据分别是57.1%、41.3%、12.6%、6.4%、4.8%,实验组的并发症发生率比对照组低,结果差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论痔疮患者的临床护理使用预防性护理有助于降低患者的并发症发生率,术后恢复效果更好。

Objective To discuss and analyze the nursing methods after hemorrhoids operation, and to study the nursing effect on the clinical complications. Methods From June 2011 to June 2013, 126 cases of patients with hemorrhoids were enrolled in the research and analyzed in our hospital, the patients were divided into control group and experimental group, the control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group was given preventive nursing and routine nursing care, nursing effect and complications in two groups of patients were compared. Results In experimental group, 42.8% patients with severe pain, 30.2% with urinary retention, 7.9% with constipation, 3.2% with bleeding, 1.6% with infection, the above index data of the control group were 57.1%, 41.3%, 12.6%, 6.4%, 4.8%, the complications in experimental group were fewer than the control group, the results had statistically difference, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The use of preventive nursing care in the clinical nursing of hemorrhoids can help to reduce the incidence of complications, and the effect of postoperative recoveryis better.
