前瞻性护理质量管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用研究分析

Research and Analysis on the Application of Prospective Nursing Quality Management Model in Emergency Nursing Management

目的探讨前瞻性护理质量管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用价值。方法将120例患者分为观察组(前瞻性护理质量管理模式)与参考组(常规护理模式)各60例,比较两组患者急救反应时间、护理差错、护患纠纷发生率、医生对护理配合满意评分。结果观察组急救反应时间、医生对护理配合满意评分与参考组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理差错、护患纠纷发生率低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理管理中采用前瞻性护理质量管理模式有助于缩短抢救时间,降低急诊风险。

Objective To explore the application value of prospective nursing quality management in emergency nursing management. Methods 120 patients were divided into observation group （prospective nursing quality management mode） and the reference group （routine nursing mode）, 60 cases in each group, emergency response time, nursing errors, nurses and patients dispute, doctor of nursing satisfaction score was compared between two groups. Results The response time of frst aid, the score of doctors＇ satisfaction with nursing cooperation in the observation group were significantly different from those of the reference group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of nursing errors in observation group was signifcantly lower than that in reference group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Emergency nursing management by prospective nursing quality management can help to shorten the rescue time, reduce the risk of emergency.
