下颌阻生智齿两种拔除方法术后生活质量的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究高速涡轮钻法与传统锤凿法对下颌阻生智齿患者治疗后对其生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2015年9月~2017年6月收治的104例下颌阻生智齿患者,将其分为对照组和观察组,各52例。观察组采用高速涡轮钻法治疗,对照组采用传统锤凿法治疗。并对比两组患者术后的生活质量评分。结果观察组疼痛及日常活动方面评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组外观评分比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组与对照组语言、感觉、饮食、恶心呕吐及总分比较(P>0.05)。结论与传统锤凿法相比,高速涡轮钻法可使下颌阻生智齿患者术后疼痛显著减轻,防止患者出现恐惧心理,但可能会使术后局部肿胀症状加重。
