摘要
目的:研究蜣螂发酵产物经乙醇回流提取对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞、肺腺癌A549细胞的抑制效果。方法:采用新型固体发酵方式对蜣螂粉进行深层加工,再经乙醇回流提取旋蒸后,用MTT法测定不同浓度的发酵蜣螂醇提物对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞和肺腺癌A549细胞的抑制率。结果:发酵蜣螂醇提物对MCF-7和A549具有较好的抑制作用,且作用强度与药物浓度成正比。其IC50分别为1.51和0.94 mg/mL。结论:蜣螂发酵产物醇提物具有一定的抗肿瘤效果,为临床用药提供新思路。
Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of the fermented Catharsius products by ethanol reflux extraction on the breast cancer MCF-7 cells and lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells.Method:After the processing of Catharsius powders by using a new type of solid fermentation way,then extracted by ethanol reflux and rotary evaporation,MTT method was established for the determination of inhibition ratio,which different concentrations of ethanol extracts of Catharsius fermentation on lung adenocarcinoma A549 and breast cancer MFC-7 cell.Results:the fermented Catharsius powders alcohol extracts have good inhibitory effect on MCF-7 and A549 and the strength of action is proportional to the concentration of the drug.Conclusion:the fermented Catharsius powders alcohol extracts showed a certain anti-tumor effect and will provide new ideas for clinical medication,The IC50 were 1.51 and 0.94 mg/mL,respectively.
