摘要
用ATH和红磷母料对HIPS进行协同阻燃,研究了阻燃剂对复合材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,ATH与红磷母料之间有很好的协效阻燃作用,配合使用可以使HIPS的垂直燃烧达到FV-0级,但ATH和红磷母料的加入会使复合材料的冲击强度显著下降。
High impact polystyrene was retarded by ATH and red phosphorus masterbatch,and then effect of fire retardant agent on mechanical and flaming properties of composite was studied.The results show that synergetic effect among ATH and red phosphorus masterbatch is well.When they are together applied in HIPS,vertical combustion grade of HIPS can reach FV-0,but impact strength of composite is lower.
