摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用以ZORBAX SB-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,在245nm波长下对氟啶胺·烯酰吗啉40%悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法检测氟啶胺和烯酰吗啉的线性相关系数为0.9999、0.9997,标准偏差为0.07、0.03,变异系数为0.48%、0.11%,平均回收率为99.71%、99.45%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of 40% Fluazinam& Dimethomorph SC by HPLC with acetonitrile and H_3PO_4 solution as mobile phase,ZORBAX SB-C18 and PDA at 245 nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of Fluazinam& Dimethomorph was 0.9999 and 0.9997,the standard deviation was 0.07 and 0.03,the variation coefficient was 0.48% and 0.11%,the average recovery was 99.71% and 99.45%.
