正畸与修复和矫治前牙错()畸形及牙列缺损的临床疗效及美观效果分析

Clinical curative effect and aesthetic effect of orthodontic repair and correction of anterior malocclusion and dentition defect

目的探讨对前牙错()畸形以及牙列缺损患者给予正畸和修复联合矫治的临床效果。方法选择2016年4月~2017年4月我院所接收的78例前牙错()畸形以及牙列缺损患者进行对照研究,按照患者个人意愿将其分为单一组和联合组,单一组仅给予单纯的修复或者正畸治疗,联合组则给予正畸和修复联合治疗,观察并比较两组治疗有效率以及美观满意度。结果联合组的的美观满意度显著高于单一组,同时,联合组的治疗有效率显著高于单一组,P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结论对前牙错()畸形以及牙列缺损患者给予正畸和修复联合治疗,能够极大程度满足患者对于美观的实际要求,同时,还能够达到理想的矫治效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined orthodontic treatment. Methods From April 2016 to April 2017, 78 patients with anterior teeth malocclusion and dentition defect received by our institute were randomly divided into two groups for control study. According to the different treatment methods adopted, Divided into a single group and a combined group, only a single group to give a simple repair or orthodontic treatment, the combined group was given orthodontic and repair combined treatment, observation and comparison of the two groups of treatment efficiency and aesthetic satisfaction. Results The aesthetic satisfaction.the therapeutic efficiency of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the single group. P〈0.05 was considered as statistically significant. Conclusion The combined treatment to a great extent, meanwhile, the ideal orthodontic effect can be achieved.
