浅谈老年患者全口义齿重新修复的临床体会

Clinical experience of complete denture restoration in elderly patients

目的对老年患者全口义齿重新修复的临床体会进行分析和总结。方法随机选取我院2016年6月~2017年5月接收的具有旧义齿的无牙颌患者60例为研究对象,对其采用全口义齿重新修复方法,然后将患者的3次复诊状况进行记录,观察患者满意程度。结果 60例患者中,有3例患者不满意,57例患者满意,满意度为95%。结论对老年无牙颌患者而言,对其实施全口义齿重新修复的难度较大。首先需要对患者的旧义齿状况进行了解,然后制作精细的印模,然后根据牙颌和垂直距离之间的关系,对牙齿进行合理安排,确保牙齿磨光面形态,之后进行调整,定期复诊,获取得满意效果。

Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical experience of complete denture restoration in elderly patients. Methods Randomly selected from our hospital in June 2016 May -2017 has received the old denture edentulous patients 60 cases as the research object, the method to repair the denture, then it will record the 3 Referral status of patients, observe the patients＇ degree of satisfaction. Results Of the 60 patients, 3 patients were not satisfied, 57 patients were satisfied with the satisfaction of 95%. Conclusion For the elderly edentulous patients, it is difcult to complete the complete denture restoration. We need to understand the situation of old denture patients, then making a fne impression, then according to the relationship between the dental and the vertical distance, reasonable arrangement of the teeth, the teeth to ensure the polished surface morphology, after adjustment, regular follow up and get satisfactory results.
