牵牛子“利水”功效的临床应用研究概述

Research Review of Semen Pharbitidis's Clinical Application with Its Diuretic Effect

牵牛子具有泻水通便,消痰涤饮,杀虫攻积之功。临床用于治疗水肿胀满,二便不通,痰饮积聚,气逆喘咳,虫积腹痛等病。牵牛子为国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)课题——《基于利水功效的中药药性理论研究》中重点研究对象之一,本文将对牵牛子近年来利水功效临床应用作一概述。

Semen Pharbitis has the action of removing retained water and relaxing bowels,reducing phlegm,killing parasites and relieving food retention. Clinically,it is used for the treatment of edema,bloating,difficulty of urination and defecation,retention of phlegm and fluid,asthma and cough due to adverse rising of qi,and abdominal pain due to parasitic infestation. This study reviewed the clinical application of Semen Pharbitis with its diuretic effect in recent years.
