东北地区青年人创新创业的影响因素研究

Research on the Influential Factors of Young People in the Northeast of China

东北地区经济发展始终呈现乏力而进展缓慢的状态,经济发展已经面临一定的困境,创新创业在当今时代已经越来越重要,积极鼓励东北青年人创新创业是东北全面振兴的必由之路。鉴于此,本文利用扎根理论,通过质性化的探索性研究,从影响因素视角和过程参与视角,构建了东北地区青年人创业意向的驱动因素影响机理模型,并且提取了有概括性且起着重要作用的一级主范畴影响因素,在其基础上深入挖掘了二级初始范畴影响因素,使得模型更加系统化、立体化。本研究对探讨影响东北地区创新创业的因素以及如何改善具有重要的意义,能够给高校和相关政府在促进东北地区青年人创新创业的进程中提供良好的建议和启示。

Economic development in the northeast China has always been sluggish and slow. Economic development has already got into trouble. Innovation and entrepreneurship have become increasingly important in today's era. It is the only way that encourage northeast youth to innovate and start their business to achieve a comprehensive revitalization. In view of this, this paper uses grounded theory, by exploratory qualitative research, from the perspective of influencing factors and process participation, and constructs a driving factor influence mechanism model of youth entrepreneurial intentions in northeast China, and extracts general and important influence factors of the primary category. On the basis of these factors, the secondary initial category influence factors are deeply explored, which makes the model more systematic and three-dimensional. This study is of great significance to discuss that influent the factors of innovation and entrepreneurship in northeast China and how to improve it, also it can provide good suggestions and enlightenments for universities and relevant governments in the process of promoting youth innovation and entrepreneurship in northeast China.
