论武术套路长拳的技术特点和发展研究

The Technical Characteristics and Development of the Theory of Wushu Long Fist

文章通过文献综述法、专家访谈法及数理统计分析法对武术套路长拳的技术的动作规格、演练水平及跳跃难度创新三方面特点及其发展进行了分析与研究,并对今后武术套路中长拳技术特点的发展趋势进行分析与探索,以期为武术套路的发展特别是长拳技术的提高与发展提供了依据。

The study intends to through the methods of literature review, expert interview and mathematical statistics do an analysis of Wushu's long fist technical movement specification, exercise level and difficulty of the characteristics of the three aspects of innovation and its development, and for the future development trend and characteristics of long fist techniques in Wushu have been carried on analysis and exploration, for the development of Wushu, especially long fist technology improvement and development have provided certain theory basis.
