摘要
在当前我国大力推动素质教育的大背景下,高校体育教师由于工作量、科研能力、进修机会和自我效能感等方面的局限,往往与专业教师相比,面临更大的心理焦虑和压力,因此,职业倦怠的情况也更加严重。基于此,文章综合采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,以不同层次、不同区域高校体育教师为例从整体情况、性别差异、职称差异、收入差异、影响因素五个方面入手,对高校体育教师职业倦怠现状进行了分析和研究,进而提出消除教师职业倦怠的应对策略,以期提高高校体育教师的自我效能,提升整体教学质量。
P.E. teachers have been suffering greater psychological anxiety and pressure in comparison to professional teachers due to heavy workload, confined research capability, limited opportunities of further education as well as self-efficacy under the background of vigorously promoted quality-oriented education. Occupational burnout situation of university PE teachers from different levels and regions based on such situation, therefore, the paper does analysis and investigation from five aspects including overall situation, differences in gender, academic title, income, and influential factors, by using methods of documentary study, questionnaire, interview and statistics. Suggestions are subsequently further introduced so that self-efficacy and teaching quality for PE teacher could be expectedly improved.
