基于负载的高斯分布自适应LTE切换算法

摘要 从小区负载出发,区分轻负载和重负载。对于轻载小区,由RSRQ线性地调整切换迟滞取值,对于重载小区,自适应地根据高斯曲线,动态设定迟滞变化量,对于其中RSRQ表现不佳的邻区为避免业务质量下降,直接丢弃,从而建立起一个自适应的基于负载和高斯分布的迟滞变化模型,并利用该模型从候选列表中找出匹配的最优目标小区,能够在有效提升小区信号电平的同时降低其负载。与传统的LTE切换算法相比,该算法能够在减少乒乓切换的同时进一步提升客户感知。最后通过Matlab搭建仿真平台,验证该算法的效率和性能。 From the aspects of cell load,neighbor cells are divided into LLC and HLC. Hysteresis will be linearly adjusted according to the RSRQ value for LLC,while for HLC,it will dynamically change following the Gaussian distribution laws. Especially,those cells with high load and low RSRQ will be directly abandoned to avoid the worse Qo S. As a result,a self-adapting switching model was put forward combining with the cell load and Gaussian distribution. By this way,a new handoff algorithm called CLGDA was created to sieve the target optimal cell for switching. Comparing with the traditional A3 algorithm,CLGDA can reduce the ping-pong switching times and owns better subscriber perception. Finally,matlab is used to build a simulation platform,test the performance of CLGDA,including its efficiency and performance.
