摘要
随着现代化科学技术水平的不断提升与发展,我国数控加工技术同样得到迅猛发展,而且逐渐向着智能化以及自动化方向发展。从专业化角度出发,数控加工中的工艺设计属于零件加工准备环节工作,必须要在程序编制前顺利完成,究其原因在于只有工艺设计方案明确后,程序才能够有依据可循。工艺设计工作的合理化以及严谨化不仅能够进一步减少编程实际工作量,而且还能够提升加工质量以及工作效率,对设备安全运行产生非常重要的影响。本文就数控加工的工艺设计原则及方法展开详细论述。
With the continuous improvement and development of the level of modern science and technology,China's CNC Machining technology has also been rapid development,and gradually to ward the intelligent and automation direction. From the point of view of specialization,the process design of CNC Machining belongs to the part preparation work of the parts,and must be completed successfully before the preparation of the program.The reasonis that only after the process design is clear,the procedure can be followed.The rationalization and rigorization of process design work not only can further reduce the actual work load of programming,but also can improve the processing quality and efficiency,the equipment safe operation have a very important this paper,CNC Machining process design.
