电工实训“7S”工程管理教学模式实践

本文电工实训课程教学改革采取工程管理模式的创新实践,将"7S"工程管理理念融入教学,学生通过课堂教学既学到工程项目又锻炼学生的动手能力。在实践教学中"7S"’整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全、节约"模式,贯穿于实践教学的每个环节。贴近生产实际、符合毕业要求。

In this paper, the teaching reform of electrical practical training course adopts the innovative practice of engineering management mode and integrates the concept of ＂7S＂ into teaching. Students can learn engineering projects and practical ability can be trained through classroom teaching.
