摘要
为适应社会发展和临床需求,使学生获得护理职业领域的胜任力成为当今高等护理教育的最终目标。"健康评估"作为沟通护理基础课程与专业课程的桥梁课程,注重理论与实践的结合,教学中以护理职业胜任力为目标,实施"健康评估"课程建设改革,通过优化教学内容,灵活采用多种教学方法和手段,构建形成性考核评价体系等措施提高教学效果,实现学生综合能力的提升,促进其未来职业的发展。
In order to adapt the needs of social development and clinical nursing, modern higher nursing education should be aimed at cultivating nurses＇ competency. ＂Health Assessment＂ is a bridge between the basic courses and professional courses, focusing on the combination of theory and practice. The course content of ＂Health Assessment＂ has been systematically designed, and multiplicate teaching and examination forms were introduced in order to train students＇ ability. Therefore students＇ comprehensive competency was improved, and it was definitely helpful to the future development.
