摘要 为改善蛹虫草提取物制品的口感及药效,研究蛹虫草口含片的加工工艺及其活性评价。利用超高压协同酶解所得蛹虫草提取物作为原料,以感官评定为主要指标确定最佳配方组合,并对产品进行质量评价及免疫学实验。其中蛹虫草提取物添加量为10%,淀粉、麦芽糊精质量添加比例为1∶1时口感最佳。考察片剂的水分、灰分、硬度、片重差异等质量指标,均符合药典对口含片的要求。另外分别按低中高剂量将蛹虫草口含片喂食给小鼠,考察小鼠的脏器/体重比值、碳粒廓清能力及脾淋巴细胞增殖能力,与空白组对比,喂食蛹虫草提取物口含片可以提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬指数、T淋巴细胞转化率和B淋巴细胞转化率,说明超高压协同酶解蛹虫草提取物口含片具有增强免疫的作用。 In order to improve the taste and efficacy of Cordyceps militaris extract products, study the produc-tion technology of Cordyceps militaris buccal tablet.Using the extractive by ultrahigh pressure treatment c o m-bined with cellulase hydrolysis as the raw materials. The best combination of formula was determined by sensory evaluation as the main index, and the quality evaluation and immunological experiment were carried out.The optimum combination formula were extractive of Cordyceps militaris adding amount was 10 U , the starch and malt dextrin that taste best adding ratio is 1 : 1. After examining the moisture, ash content, hardness and tablets quality indicators of the difference of weight, the buccal tablet all accord with the requirement of pharma-copoeia. By animal experiments, respectively by low, medium and high dose of buccal tablets fed mice. The ef-fects of the organ / body weight ratio and mice carbon particle clearance capability and spleen lymphocyte pro-liferation, comparing with the control group, the mice which is fed with the extract from Cordyceps militaris buccal tablet got higher macrophage phagocytic index, as well as T lymphocyte transformation rate and B lym-phocyte transformation rate. This indicates that the ultrahigh pressure assisted enzymatic solution extract from Cordyceps militaris buccal tablets has the function of enhancing the immune.
