摘要
花青素类色素和生物碱是龙葵果中的重要成分,具有很高的应用价值。该文对龙葵果色素和生物碱的研究概况进行综述,并展望其应用前景,为充分开发利用龙葵果资源提供参考。
Anthocyanin pigments and alkaloids are important components of Solanum nigrum berries, have very high application value. The research progress on S. nigrum berries pigments and alkaloids are reviewed. The ap-plication prospect has also been presented in this paper, which provided a reference for its further development and utilization.
