维持性血液透析患者的针对性营养护理

Targeted nutritional nursing for patients with maintenance hemodialysis

目的探讨针对性营养护理对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者营养状态和生活质量的影响。方法选取194例MHD患者,随机分为常规组和研究组各97例。常规组给予常规护理干预,干预组在常规组的基础上给予针对性营养护理干预。对比2组白蛋白(ALB)、前清蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(SF)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平、改良SGA评分、合理饮食知识、健康运动知识及疾病认知评分及生活质量。结果护理后,干预组ALB、PA、SF、Hb、躯体职能、心理职能、情绪职能、认知职能、社会职能、饮食知识、健康运动知识、疾病健康知识高于常规组(P<0.05),改良SGA评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论针对性营养护理干预在维持性透析患者中应用可发挥更好的护理效果,对提高患者营养状态和提高生活质量有重要意义,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of targeted nutritional nursing on nutritional status and quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis( MHD). Methods A total of 194 patients with MHD in our hospital were randomly divided into routine group and study group,with 97 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing intervention,while the intervention group was given targeted nutritional nursing intervention on the basis of routine group. The albumin( ALB),prealbumin( PA),transferrin( SF),hemoglobin( Hb) level and life quality score,modified SGA score,reasonable diet,health knowledge and knowledge of sports cognition of two groups were compared. Results After nursing,the ALB,PA,SF,Hb,physical function,psychological function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function,dietary knowledge,health knowledge,disease knowledge of the intervention group were significantly higher,and the modified SGA score was significantly lower than that of the routine group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of targeted nutritional nursing intervention for patients with maintenance dialysis has better nursing efficacy,and it is of great significance to improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
