胸外科重症患者的术后康复护理干预探讨

Effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing intervention for critically ill patients with thoracic surgery

目的探究康复护理干预对胸外科重症患者术后肺功能及预后的影响。方法选取100例胸外科重症监护室术后患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予康复护理。比较2组患者干预后肺功能指标,引流管拔除时间,术后并发症发生情况以及住院时间。结果观察组患者血氧饱和度、氧分压、FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、VC、VT均高于对照组(P<0.05),呼吸频率和二氧化碳分压低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胸腔引流管拔除时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发病率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胸外科重症患者实施康复护理可有效促进术后肺部功能恢复,降低术后并发症发生率,缩短拔管时间及住院时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on postoperative pulmonary function and prognosis of critically ill patients in department of thoracic surgery.Methods A total of 100 postoperative ICU patients in department of thoracic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of ICU,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was additionally given rehabilitation nursing. The pulmonary function indexes,extraction time of drainage tube,postoperative complications and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The blood oxygen saturation,oxygen partial pressure,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,VC and VT in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the respiratory rate and partial pressure of carbon dioxide were lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The observation group had shorter removal time of pleural drainage tube,less hospitalization time,and lower incidence of postoperative complications than the control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing in critically ill patients in department of thoracic surgery can effectively promote postoperative recovery of pulmonary function,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the extubation time and hospitalization time,and is worthy of clinical application.
