宫外孕患者腹腔镜手术治疗的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing for ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨宫外孕患者腹腔镜手术治疗的围术期护理效果。方法选取本院行腹腔镜手术治疗的宫外孕患者92例,按随机对照、双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各46例,对照组行围术期常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预,比较2组术后胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间,记录2组术后并发症发生情况,同时采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者心理状态进行评定。结果观察组术后胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),2组术后SAS、SDS评分较术前均降低(P<0.05)。结论宫外孕患者腹腔镜围术期实施综合护理干预,改善患者心理状态,促进患者术后恢复,且降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing for ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 92 patients with ectopic pregnancy underwent laparoscopic surgery divided into two groups according to randomized,double-blind method,with 46 cases in each group,control group carried out perioperative routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,gastrointestinal function recovery time,ambulation time,hospitalization time,complications of two groups were compared. Self-rating Anxiety Scale( SAS),and Self-rating Depression Scale( SDS) were used to evaluate psychological status. Results The observation group had shorter recovery time of gastrointestinal function,ambulation time and hospitalization time,lower incidence of complications than the control group( P <0. 05). The SAS,SDS scores in two groups were lower than surgery before and observation group was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy during the perioperative period can improve the psychological status,promote postoperative recovery,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
