摘要
当管道的操作温度与安装温度存在差异时,在管道出入土端、热煨弯管以及管径改变处,会产生轴向力而推挤设备、阀门、弯头等造成破坏,有必要对埋地管道的应变力和锚固墩的推力进行计算,确定锚固墩的尺寸和位置。文中结合实例,对埋地管道进行受力分析,计算埋地管道过渡段长度,确定锚固墩的推力及位置,并提出减小锚固墩尺寸的措施。
When there is a variation between pipeline operation temperature and installation temperature,the axial force will be produced in the coming in and going out end of underground,hot-bending bend and reducing,which will push the connected equipment,valve and bend,and cause damage. It is necessary to calculate the force of the buried pipe and the thrust of the anchor and determine the size and position of anchor. Combining with the practical calculation,the buried pipe was force analyzed,the length of the buried pipeline transition section was calculated,and the force and position of the anchor was get. Measures to reduce the size of anchor were proposed.
