摘要
为了改善石油钻井中泥浆粉的取用方式,设计一种可定量吸取并压送泥浆粉的气力输送装置。该装置的工作原理是使用真空发生器使罐体内达到真空,之后利用罐体内外压差吸取泥浆粉到罐内。当所吸取的泥浆粉达到设定值后开启风机,向罐内吹送气体,使罐内压力增大。当罐内压力大于标准大气压后,利用罐体内外压差将泥浆粉压送至目的地,实现泥浆粉的定量自动输送。通过基于C++的Visual Studio软件实现整个装置的运行控制。该装置不仅可以自动控制泥浆粉输送,而且可以减少其传输过程中的污染。
In order to improve the mode of choosing mud powder on the drilling,this paper designed a kind of pneumatic transmission device to suk up and pressure feed mud powder quantitatively. The device operating principle was after using a vacuum generator to vacuum the tank,the materials was sucked up to the tank using the internal and external pressure difference of the tank. The fan was start and blowed gas into the tank after the absorbed mud powder reached the set value to increase the pressure in the tank. When the pressure in the tank was greater than the standard atmospheric pressure,the mud powder was pressed to the destination by means of pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tank so as to realize the quantitative conveying of the mud powder automatically. The control process of this device chose the software of Visual Studio which was based on the C + +,it not only can realize the automatic control of mud powder but also can reduce the pollution of the powder in the process of transmission.
