摘要
为解决立式储罐壁板内防腐焊缝除锈采用搭设脚手架的传统施工方法存在的施工繁琐、工作量大、效率低、工期长、成本高、劳动强度高等问题,研制了一种除锈装置。该装置由压紧机构、旋转机构、浮动机构及气动打磨机等组成,可实现设定程序下的自动除锈。试验及应用证明,该装置结构合理、操作简单,除锈等级满足标准要求,除锈效率高,可有效保证储罐壁板内防腐工程质量与进度,降低劳动强度。
A descaling device was developed in order to solve the problems of tedious construction,heavy workload,low efficiency,long period,high cost,high labor intensity,and so on in the traditional construction methods of the vertical tank wall plate weld corrosion derusting. The device was composed of pressing mechanism,rotating mechanism,floating mechanism,pneumatic sander and so on. The device can automatically remove rust under the setting program. Test and application proves that the device has reasonable structure,simple operation,derusting grade meeting the standard requirements,high derusting efficiency. It can effectively ensure the quality and the progress of the anticorrosion engineering used for tank internal wall,and can effectively reduce the labor intensity.
