摘要 针对HM-200型制氢机电解槽槽温高而系统未报警停机的异常情况,分析设备故障原因。通过信号模拟试验的方法对阀门的灵活性和逻辑的正确性进行测试,发现冷却水温度调节阀故障,并且报警逻辑控制已断开,因此导致电解槽槽温高和系统不能自动停机,排除故障后制氢机恢复正常运行。最后就此次故障提出了整改措施,以确保制氢设备的安全可靠运行。 In allusion to the problem of abnormality of system failure in alarm and shutdown due to high temperature of electrolytic cell in HM-200 hydrogen generator,the paper analyzes causes for equipment faults. By means of signal simulation method,it tests flexibility of the valve and accuracy of logic. It discovers the cooling water temperature regulating valve is in failure and alarm logic control has disconnected,which leads to high temperature of the electrolytic cell and the system failure in shutdown. The hydrogen generator recovers to normal operation after removing faults. Finally,the paper proposes rectification measures so as to ensure safe and reliable operation of equipment.
