摘要
文章对普通模铸造方式和低液位铸造方式生产的7B04合金扁铸锭,从表面、化学成分、内部组织和力学性能等方面进行了综合对比,分析了两种铸造方式的优缺点及铸锭存在质量差异的原因。结果表明,低液位铸造方式生产的7B04合金扁铸锭的质量均优于普通模铸造方式。
In this paper,the 7B04 alloy flat ingots produced by common casting method and low liquid level casting method are carried out the comprehensive comparison on the surface, chemical composition, mechanical properties and internal organization aspects. The advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of casting method and reasons for the ingot quality differences are analyzed. The results show that the quality of 7B04 alloy flat ingots produced by low level casting is better.
